THANKSGIVING IN THE FOOTHILLS

We spent this Thanksgiving with my parents in California.  The kids and I flew out a week and a half early and spent time with my sister and her family.
The picture above is of AZ's first trip to the dentist.  Thank you Uncle Wendell.

Dain flew out the weekend before Thanksgiving and spent a week and a half with us.

The real fun always starts when Dain gets there.

Every kids has to have a bed head picture.

Grayer has decided he has had enough of boring "baby food" and will whine and cry if he thinks you are holding out on him.
Here he is with a bag of chips...you would think looking at the picture that he had already finished the bag, but believe me he had only had a few...at this point.
We are picnicking at the river with Alma, Polly Coen and Beckett.

Dade was is heaven.  He asked, no begged everyday to go out and ride the "4 wheeler".  He proved to be a pro at it.

Aislyn and Grayer preferred the speed of the "3 wheeler".

We spent an afternoon at Aunt Polly's decorating Hand Turkey Cookies.  I took several pictures of the kids, but the best one turned out to be this one.

He looks like the cutest turkey I've ever seen.

My niece Annie made these cuties for everyone.

The kids and I went hunting for the perfect pine cones to turn into turkeys.  This is Dade's creation.

Aislyn went for a less is more turkey.

A rare occasion...all three sitting still.

More home school crafts.  Dade's Christmas Tree.

Aislyn's Star.

Grayer Bear with Grandpa on the tractor.

I'm telling you...this kid loved this thing.

Your sister Susan gave me your blog address, i got so excited when i saw your picture with the SPD bag! You were so close to us :-)
I would love to get together next time you are out. I am in the process of updating our blog, its giving me trouble with pics today. Your family is so beautiful! I would love to hear from you and hear how you are doing, but obviously from the pictures you look like you are doing well.
