WONDERFUL SURPRISE

I love it when I upload pictures and find a few that Dain took without me knowing.
The two of them are really starting to play well together. In just a few more months Aislyn will be able to keep up with Dade and then he is in for a real shock.

Look at him holding the door for her...already such a gentlemen...so sweet.

COME AND GET ME!!!!!

I bought swords a few weeks ago and decided the boys needed to try them out!
Look at the excitement on Dade's face. Doesn't this remind you of being young?

Dad was sure to let Dade get a few hits in...I say a few and a few was all it was.

He and Dad had a blast! They have had several other battle and Mom has been brought into several, usually as a safety home base.

I will post July4th pictures soon. I am still trying to get everything back in order after our trip.

IT'S A ZOO AROUND HERE

This is a lizard Dad caught a couple of days ago and...

this is a caterpillar Aunt Stacy and Uncle Pierce helped us catch. The caterpillar is now resting in our Bug Catcher...we hope to "grow" a butterfly.

THE STORM

I have been trying to get these pictures out for a week. A tornado came through one week ago today. We had the missionaries over at the time, so while the kids and I hunkered down in the laundry room, Dain and the missionaries took the bathroom...meanwhile the tornado sirens are going off and Dade keeps getting upset...needless to say it was quite the ordeal. We were very blessed and had no damage whatsoever, but most of our ward could not say the same. Here are a few pictures I took of some of the damage.

Notice the upstairs window. Dade kept asking if it was raining in their house.

We have a street around the corner from us that every fence blew over.

This was a very familiar scene for almost all the neighborhoods.

This is a Preschool and every tree lost branches.

HAPPENINGS OF THE MORNING

This morning as we were playing with our musical instruments, AZ pulls out the elephant puppet and made an elephant sound for the first time (the elephant is in her lap).

Then a few minutes later, I am greeted by this in the kitchen. Both Dade and AZ love to push the chairs around the kitchen.

When asked about the chairs...this is the face I got.

BEST FRIENDS

These two are so cute together. When one of them is napping they just don't seem to know what to do with themself. Every time AZ wakes up from her nap she asks about Dade. Dade is usually still napping and as we walk by his room she puts her finger up to her mouth and says "SSSHHHH". Man I love these kids.

GROWING UP

He looks so serious.

This is how we start most days. There is nothing more fun than hiding under the desk.

Aislyn most be looking for something. I guess she finally found it.
